March, 2012 – Bureau Veritas, the nation’s leading oil analysis laboratory, has opened a Customer Care Center (CCC) in Houston. An expanded Sales Support team, the LOAMSSM Help Desk, which provides technical support for the company’s exclusive program management software, and Order Fulfillment will be located at the new center. According to Cary Forgeron, Bureau Veritas’ National Sales Manager, centralizing these related functions will provide a smoother, more efficient flow of services to customers.
“The CCC’s sales team assists callers with any aspect of their oil analysis program, from account setup to sampling procedures to test slate selection,” Forgeron said. “They answer questions about new programs and test procedures as well resolve any issues or concerns our customers may have.”
LOAMSSM – Lube Oil Analysis Management System – is Bureau Veritas’ online application for printing sample labels, tracking sample processing, viewing equipment test results and managing customer oil analysis data.
“The LOAMSSM Help Desk assists users with account setup, provides training and troubleshoots any problems customers encounter,” Forgeron added. The Order Fulfillment group handles all requests for sampling kits and supplies.
