Description
This package is a basic condition monitoring test slate for identifying wear (including large and small particles), contamination and fluid serviceability. Testing Includes:
- Spectrochemical Analysis (Metals)
- Viscosity
- Water
- Fuel Dilution
- Glycol
- Total Base Number (TBN)
Applicable Equipment:
- Stationary Engines (Diesel, Dual Fuel, Natural Gas, LPG, CNG)
- Gear Drives
- Pumps
- Compressors
- Motors
- Bearings
- Auxiliary plant equipment (non-critical).
Please note: Fuel Dilution, LEM Soot and Glycol are added on engine components. Total Base Number (TBN) is performed on engine components.
