Communication Options
The communications tools for report notifications and alerts within LOAMS enable users to set their own preferences when it comes to the sample information they receive and how they receive it. They can choose reports of a specific severity level – in English, Spanish or Chinese – at a frequency sufficient for their program role. Sample reports can then be viewed through an emailed link for logging in or in a PDF or an Excel format attached to an email or sent by fax.
